As Project Coordinator at Tomas Pearce IDC, I headed up The Bond Condominiums project from 2011 to 2013.  Working closely with the client, architect and engineers we designed the amenities and suite layout plans, lighting plans and overall finishes for this 40 storey building now under construction in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
