A 14-storey commercial and residential building located on the edge of Toronto, Canada’s premier urban green space, High Park. Working closely with the developer, The Daniels Corporation, TPIDC prepared a comprehensive amenities layout including lobby, gym, climbing wall, movie theatre, party and recreation rooms, exterior landscaped courtyards, and terraces across multiple levels within the residential portion of this building.  In conjunction with the developer’s sales team, TPIDC designed a showroom and partial model suite.  Working with the principal of TPIDC, Andy led this project from concept to construction for the sales office, and concept to tender phase for the residential building.
